Eric Broadwell, a Georgia Bikes Board member and longtime cycling advocate from Roswell, had a very close call recently. Fortunately, he was unharmed, and the motorist, an off-duty police officer, gained some much-needed education about Georgia's new bicycle laws and safe driving.
