As a public service for Georgia's law enforcement community, Georgia Bikes has produced Bicycling In Georgia: Rights & Rules, a Law Enforcement Pocket Guide

The 2012 edition is a revision of our 2006 Pocket Guide for Law Enforcement and includes:

• updated GA bicycling laws, including the 3' passing requirement
• illustrations
• guidance for traffic enforcement officers on crash reporting

Georgia Bikes is distributing this guide to all traffic enforcement officers in Georgia. To request copies for your local traffic enforcement officers, please contact us.
